What we collect
This site may process: (1) voluntary contact / pre-sales assistant fields you submit (name, phone, optional email, project description, consent flags); (2) standard technical request metadata handled by the hosting edge (for example Cloudflare) such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps; (3) optional first-party analytics counters where enabled. We do not deploy third-party advertising trackers on this portfolio surface.
How we use data
Lead and consent data are used only to respond to project inquiries you initiate, prevent spam/abuse, and keep an operational record of abandoned or completed submissions. We do not sell personal data.
Storage & security
Traffic is served over TLS via Cloudflare. When you submit the pre-sales assistant with consent, the site POSTs your enquiry to /api/leads on the portfolio worker (vegotron-portfolio-cms-api). Records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database table named leads with fields including: name, phone (E.164), optional email and company, locale, consent metadata (timestamp + version), project answers (JSON), last step, source page path, status, and a one-way hashed IP value used only for abuse rate limiting (raw IP is not stored as a dedicated column).
While you are filling the assistant, a draft may also be held in your browser'slocalStorage under the key az-presales-lead until you submit or clear site data. CMS editorial content uses Cloudflare KV (PORTFOLIO_CMS); optional media uploads may use Cloudflare R2 (PORTFOLIO_R2). These bindings are defined in wrangler.worker.toml for this app.
Retention: no automated deletion schedule or retention period is implemented in the application code reviewed for Track02 R3. OWNER / LEGAL ACTION REQUIRED — define and publish retention, deletion, and backup handling for D1 lead rows and any operator exports.
Independent ISO/IEC 27001 certification is not claimed for this site. Security wording on this page describes observed product behavior, not a certified audit result.
